✨✨✨✨✨I Highly recommend Templeton Main Street Small Animal Hospital. My beloved 15 yr old cat child, Sequoia, was blessed to have received such compassionate and professional care from Dr. Megan Drake and the entire team in her final days. Sequoia was suffering from hyperthyroidism, kitty dementia and arthritis, declining rapidly with a poor quality of life. I was in denial and delaying the inevitable. I hadn’t recognized that Sequoia had become my emotional support, not just a cat. Dr Drake understood this and guided me towards making the decision to let her go less painful. I wish I had found Dr Drake years sooner. ✨and……the sympathy card that was signed by all the staff was very much appreciated in my time of grief…..thank you for all you do……..✨

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office and Dr. Ehlinger who owns it. We brought our elderly dog in, desperate, as he was on his third recurrence of pancreatitis in less than 2 months. The other vet we had been with stated it was time to start discussing options, as Cooper kept relapsing despite supportive treatments of fluids and antibiotics. I was tearful as Dr. Ehlinger asked to hold Cooper “because he is so cute” and then sit on the floor with him for most of the visit. Dr. Ehlinger was patient and thorough. After assessing the medical course thus far, requested to tweak the treatment to include a more intestinal focused antibiotic, appetite stimulants, and more targeted pain/nausea control. He also provided long term dietary advice and a sample of dog food to decrease our stress as much as possible. Within a week Cooper was not only recovered from pancreatitis, but was also running and hopping around like we never thought we’d see our sweet 14 year old pup do again! I also have to mention the front desk staff and vet assistants who are always smiling, friendly, and eager to accommodate! We do travel healthcare and, thus, have experience with vets in many states. This is my favorite practice I have encountered by far. Our contract is up and we are moving from the area, but I assure this will be our vet whenever we are here!!

This veterinary clinic went above and beyond for myself and my family are Belgian melon was Scooby Doo who is nine months old unfortunately ate a foreign object after going to several different veterinary clinics Who seemed it to not to want to work with us after finding this wonderful vet in Templeton they have saved our family friend. We cannot be more grateful for their fast and helpful and loving and supportive. and their compassion for saving animals who really are a part of our daily lives. We are so thankful for them.
